SOLUTION: The polymer stabilizer contains the following alkoxylated substance. The alkoxylated substance is a compound in which at least one of hydroxyl groups contained in the compound represented by formula (1): CnH2nOn(wherein n represents an integer of 3 or more) is alkoxylated by a 1-12C alkyl group.
