The present invention relates to the identification of a deregulated mi RNA profile in psoriasis and the modulation of these deregulated mi RNA species for the treatment of psoriasis and other related diseases. The invention also relates to the use of inhibitory nucleic acids such as chemically modified antisense oligonucleotides as a pharmaceutical e.g. for treatment of psoriasis and other related diseases.
