PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photo-fabrication apparatus which can form a high precision three-dimensional molded product and a molding base. SOLUTION: The photo-fabrication apparatus 100 includes a container 10, a molding base 20, a movement mechanism 30, and an optical system 40. The molding base 20 has a standard plate 21, a molding plate 22 supported by the standard plate 21 through a hinge member 23, and a spring member 24 attracting the standard plate 21 and the molding plate 22. When the molding base 20 is raised by a movement mechanism 30, the molding plate 22 is rotated to the standard plate 21 through the hinge member 23. In the boundary surface between a curing layer (the three-dimensional molded product 2) and the regulation surface 11a, a force in the diagonal direction to the regulation surface is applied to the curing layer. In this way, the curing layer adhered to the regulation surface can be peeled smoothly from the regulation surface.
