PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce an device in size relating to a power transmitting device mounted on a vehicle and equipped with a clutch for transmitting power transmitted from a prime mover to an axle, and a vehicle having the prime mover and the power transmitting device thereon. SOLUTION: A switching valve 50 for supplying and interrupting an SLC1 pressure from a linear solenoid SLC1 to a clutch C1 has a first spool 54a and a second spool 54b. When an S1 pressure from an ON/OFF solenoid S1 is applied to a first signal pressure input port 52a, the first spool 54a is pressed by the S1 pressure, so that the second spool 54b is moved in the contracting direction of a spring 56 to supply the SLC1 pressure to the clutch C1, while a line pressure PL is applied to the signal pressure input port 52b via connection ports 52b, 52c. Even if the S1 pressure is interrupted from the ON/OFF solenoid S1, the second spool 54b is directly pressed by the line pressure PL so as to hold the position of the second spool 54b. Thereby, the ON/OFF solenoid S1 can be used in common when an electrical system of the hydraulic circuit 40 is broken so as to further reduce the device in size. COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
