PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an energy-saved compact disposer which prevents long-linear dusts such as thread or hair from winding around a motor shaft, and improves water discharging performance of bracket. SOLUTION: In the disposer, a flange part 19 is provided in a protruding condition over the whole periphery in the outer peripheral direction of the lower end of a protective cover 17 of a water-proofing oil seal 13, an arm part 21 is extended from the flange part 19, and semicircular agitation vanes 22 is provided toward downward in a protruding condition on the distal end part of the arm part 21 and on a part located above a water discharging passage 9 of a recessed groove shape of the bracket 2.
