PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotographic photoreceptor excelling in sensitivity, and to provide an image forming device which incorporates the photoreceptor. SOLUTION: The electrophotographic photoreceptor has a photosensitive layer containing a binder resin, an electron carrier agent, and a charge generator agent.
