PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measuring instrument display device capable of causing display elements such as warning lights to perform three-dimensional display, and having a good appearance in addition. SOLUTION: The measuring instrument display device includes a dial plate 5, a hand illuminating light source for illuminating a hand whose base is fitted to the tip of a hand shaft 7 penetrating the dial plate 5, and display elements 22 such as warning lights which are turned on to perform display around the hand. The dial plate 5 has a transparent substrate 16, a fine lens 17 arranged on the surface side of the substrate 16, and a pattern 25 for enlarged display arranged on the backside of the substrate 16, and is configured to enable a user to visually recognize the pattern 25 for enlarged display at a position distant from the surface of the substrate 16 by enlarging the pattern by the fine lens 17. Moreover, the dial plate 5 is bent into a recessed shape so that a hand turning area being a turning range of the hand is recessed more to a depth side than the periphery of the dial plate 5, and decorative printing 37 or 38 is provided on the backside of each of the bends 33 and 34.
