发明名称 ASSAY METHOD USING SURFACE PLASMON
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an assay method using surface plasmon having high sensitivity and high precision and superior in specificity indispensable to immunoassay by making an immunoreaction field and a detection field independent, respectively. SOLUTION: The assay method is characterized by including the following steps (a)-(g): step (a) of bringing the particles fixed on the surface of a ligand into contact with a specimen, step (b) of reacting a conjugate of the ligand and enzyme with the particles, step (c) of further reacting a substrate with the particles to form a quenching agent, step (d) of isolating the quenching agent, step (e) of bringing the quenching agent into contact with the surface of the fluorescent coloring matter layer of a plasmon exciting sensor, step (f) of irradiating the plasmon exciting sensor with a laser beam through a prism and measuring the quantity of the fluorescence emitted from excited fluorescent coloring matter and step (g) of calculating the amount of the analyte contained in the specimen from the obtained measuring results.
