摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an airflow rate measuring device 1 that can lower as much as possible influence of heat due to heating of a circuit part 5 of an air temperature measuring element 20, thereby improving the detection precision. <P>SOLUTION: The airflow rate measuring device 1 integrally includes an airflow rate measuring part 30 and an air temperature measuring part 40. The airflow rate measuring part 30 is adapted to measure an airflow rate and is formed of a thermal type flow rate measuring element that is provided in a bypass flow channel 7 roughly perpendicular to a flowing line of a main flow channel 6 and is connected to and supported by a pair of support members 13 vertically provided in the bypass flow channel 7 in a flowing direction and the circuit part 5 that supplies electric power to the thermal type flow rate measuring element via the support members 13 so as to control the supply current. The air temperature measuring part 40 is adapted to measure temperature of air and is formed of a thermistor 16 which is provided in the main flow channel 6 and is connected to and supported by a pair of support members 18 vertically provided in the bypass flow channel 7 in the flowing direction via a pair of lead members 17. In the airflow rate measuring device 1, the pair of support members 18 of the air temperature measuring element 20 are arranged to be inclined in a plane direction perpendicular to the flowing direction of the bypass flow channel 7 with respect to a flowing line of air flowing in the main flow channel 6. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p>
