<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To providing an improved technology of ultrasonic beam forming processing in an ultrasonic diagnosing device using a continuous wave. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A transmitting BF 14 (beam former) forms a transmitting beam using a transmitting signal corresponding to each of a plurality of vibration elements for transmitting of the vibrators 10 for transmitting. A delay circuit 25 forms a reference signal corresponding to each of a plurality of vibration elements for receiving of the vibrators 12 for receiving. A receiving mixer 30 obtains a demodulated signals by applying demodulating processing to a receiving signal obtained from the vibrating elements for receiving by using the reference signals corresponding to the respective vibrating elements for receiving. Phasing addition sections 40, 42 applies delay processing according to the vibrating elements for receiving to the demodulated signals according to the respective vibrating elements for receiving and adds the plurality of demodulated signals after the delay processing corresponding the plurality vibrating elements for receiving, and thereby forms receiving beam signals (demodulated signals after the phasing addition) corresponding to the receiving beams of ultrasonic waves.
