PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mole drain forming device capable of enhancing constructibility by dispensing with labor for carrying a large-sized working machine into a construction site. SOLUTION: This mole drain forming device 10 for use in the excavation and formation of a mole drain 102 on cultivated land 100 includes a guide portion 12 and a mole drain forming portion 14. The guide portion 12 is formed of a metal with a certain degree of hardness or above and the like, and placed on the cultivated land 100. Mole drain forming portion 14 is supported on the guide portion 12 in such a manner as to be slidable in the longitudinal direction of the guide portion 12. The mole drain forming portion 14 including a blade 30 and a projectile 46 is slid forward along the guide portion 12 by sliding means 22 and 24. The blade 30 is at least partially arranged under the ground so as to form a ditch. The projectile 46 is connected to a lower porion of the blade, and a projectile portion is formed on the bottom of the ditch.
