CONTENT MEDIA REPRODUCTION DEVICE AND CONTENT MEDIA

A content media reproduction device able to generate a highly useful view history even for complicated content such as ones where movie playback and other playback are controlled by a program such as in Blu-ray discs which support BD-java.  A view history generation unit (1009) generates a view history (1011) comprising the times that a program content processing unit (1001) goes through states listed in a view history template (1012) and the names of those states.  The states of the program content processing unit (1001) to be recorded as view history of audiovisual content and the links between these states are listed in the view history template (1012).
