PURPOSE: A hinge assembly for a mobile communication terminal is provided to open the second member of a mobile communication terminal by a torsion spring without a separate working force to stop the second member when the second member is in an absorbed state by damping oil, thereby preventing a terminal from falling by impact due to stop of the second member. CONSTITUTION: The first damping member(21) is installed on a rotation axis(11). An oil chamber between the first damping member and the second damping member(22) is filled with damping oil. The oil chamber is formed in the second damping member. One of the first and second damping members is damped by oil of the oil chamber when the second member is opened. A damping machine(20) includes the first damping member, the second damping member, and a housing(17).
