PURPOSE: A decorative construction panel and a manufacturing apparatus thereof are provided to easily install multiple decorative construction panels without exposing fastening members of joints. CONSTITUTION: A decorative construction panel is manufactured as follows. A concavo-convex part which is curved in multiple times is repetitively formed lengthwise on one side of a board material(12) having designed length and thickness. Rows of identical intaglio patterns(20) are formed lengthwise on the board material except for the concavo-convex part. A bent part formed by folding the other side of the board material inward is formed lengthwise on the board material between the concavo-convex part and the intaglio pattern row. A stepped part(18) is formed between the intaglio pattern rows.
