<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refund money payment system of a lapsed policy, wherein the ratio of high-effectiveness bank account remittance is increased and wherein a change procedure of a reception method from a customer is reduced. <P>SOLUTION: In this refund money payment system, when sending a payment previous notification to the customer related to the lapsed policy, a bank account information obtaining means 103 searches an insurance contract master DB 3 and a lapsed policy DB 4 based on a customer number, obtains corresponding premium transfer account information and a transaction date, generates a candidate list of account information in new transaction date order, inquires the candidate list from a financial institution server 7, receives a reply of whether or not each account can receive money, and determines new account information allowing reception of the money as a reception account.
