PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for enabling a user to know an ideal mounting position. SOLUTION: A head mount display includes: a mounting band 11; an arm 15 supporting a display part 16; and a connection mechanism 14 which connects the arm 15 to the mounting band 11 and includes a plurality of supporting positions supporting the arm 15 at different angles to the mounting band 11, and in which intervals of the plurality of supporting positions become smaller gradually as the angles between the arm 15 and the mounting band 11 get closer to a predetermined angle.
