PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image monitor system for accurately grasping the detection area of a human detection sensor, and for suppressing excessive detection due to any non-targeted detection object, when starting image recording or warning an alarm output, in response to the detection of an intruder. SOLUTION: An image monitoring system 1 includes: an intruder detection device, 2 having a camera 10 for acquiring the image data of a prescribed area, a movement detection processing part 30 for dividing the image data acquired by the camera 10 into a plurality of blocks, and for specifying the block, in which the time changing quantity of the image data is a prescribed value or more and a human detection sensor 20 for detecting an intruder into an area included in the prescribed area by infrared rays; and an image display device 5, having a display part (not shown) for displaying the image data. The image display device 5 visibly displays the detected location by the human detection sensor 20 on the image data displayed at the display part in association with the block.
