<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pedestal fixing structure and a pedestal fixing method for fixing a pedestal with excellent work efficiency. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In this pedestal fixing structure, the pedestal is fixed on a fixing member provided on a floor part by using a part different from the opposing part to the pedestal in the fixing member. For example, the opposing part is an upper part of the fixing member, and the pedestal is fixed by using a side part of the fixing member or a bottom part of the fixing member.
