<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a repeelable double-faced adhesive sheet for an optical member, which can be pasted again. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The repeelable double-faced adhesive sheet has different kinds of transparent adhesive layers on both sides of a transparent base material. A first transparent adhesive layer contains an adhesive composition including a silicone polyurea elastomer and silicone oil. The first transparent adhesive layer is adhered to a triacetyl cellulose film, and after the adhered adhesive layer is allowed to stand under conditions of 25°C and 0.5 MPa for 30 min, and further allowed to stand at 25°C for 20 min, the adhesive force N<SB>1</SB>(in the direction of 90°, peeling speed: 300 mm/min) of the first transparent adhesive layer is ≤0.6 N/15 mm. Further, the first transparent adhesive layer is adhered to a triacetyl cellulose film, and after the adhered adhesive layer is allowed to stand under conditions of 25°C and 0.5 MPa for 30 min, and further cured at 80°C for 2 h, the adhesive force N<SB>2</SB>(in the direction of 90°, peeling speed: 300 mm/min) of the first transparent adhesive layer is ≥1.0 N/15 mm (where, N<SB>2</SB>/N<SB>1</SB>≥2).
