PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of measuring an antigen specific antibody of a specific immunoglobulin class in a sample using immunoassay in an array system. SOLUTION: This method of measuring the antigen specific antibody of the specific immunoglobulin class in the sample using immunoassay in the array system is provided. Here, various bonding partners B<SB>nx</SB>containing respective various antigens capable of specifically bonding to an antibody to be detected is bonded to different independent regions on a support body. In this method, the support body is incubated together with the sample and a bonding partner B<SB>2</SB>for holding a label, then the label in each region is detected, and B<SB>2</SB>specifically bonds to the antibody of the specific immunoglobulin class bonded antigen-specifically.
