The foot (1) has a bottom plate (3), and a core made of a plastic material i.e. polyurethane. Fastening devices (5) connect the foot with a vibration rammer (2) and have bars made of steel. A support (4) is arranged such that the support fittingly lies at the rammer during connection. Plate segments are surrounded by the core and adhesively joined with the plastic material of the core. The support includes a flange that is adhesively joined with the plastic material of the core. The fastening devices are connected with plate segments and the flange at two points by connections.
