PURPOSE: A grease filling machine for preventing the waste of grease is provided to conveniently perform production processes by smoothly moving the grease of a grease storage box to a pumping location. CONSTITUTION: A grease filling machine comprises a grease storage box(100), a pumping device(200), and a drive unit(300). The pumping equipment has a body, a pipe, a pumping device, and a check valve. One end of the pipe is inserted into the storage part of the grease storage box. The other end of the pipe is communicated with an open hole of the body. The pumping device is composed of a pumping cylinder(221) and a moveable member(222). The first piston of a moveable member pressurizes the grease of the pipe. A second piston of the moveable member moves up and down according to air. The check valve transfers grease to the top. A drive member transfers the moveable member up and down. |
