PURPOSE: A panel turning apparatus is provided to clamp both ends of a panel to turn. CONSTITUTION: A support unit moves toward both ends of a panel to attach a polarizing plate to a surface. The support unit supports the panel. A base frame(220) guides that the support unit moves toward both the ends of the panel. An inverting motor(280) rotates the base frame to turn the panel. The support unit comprises the first and second driving bars and a clamp.
