<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an A/D converter capable of improving precision of digital data converted from analog data by preventing deterioration in precision of digital data caused by the difference in a delay time because of the difference in the configuration between delay units in a pulse running circuit, and to provide a solid-state imaging device and a solid-state imaging system each equipped with the A/D converter. <P>SOLUTION: The A/D converter includes: a pulse running circuit 110 having a plurality of connected stages of delay unit DEs(DE1-DEn) for delaying a pulse signal at a delay time corresponding to the magnitude of an analog input voltage or an analog input current; a pulse passing stage number detecting circuit for output of data corresponding to the number of stages through which the pulse signal passes based on an output signal from the delay units; and a digital data output section for output of a digital signal based on the data corresponding to the number of stages passing the delay unit. Each delay unit includes a full difference type delay circuit, receives an inversion signal and a non-inversion signal input from a previous stage delay unit, and outputs an inversion signal and a non-inversion signal having a delay time. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
