PHOTOCATALYST, PHOTOCATALYST CARRIER, AND PHOTOCATALYST KIT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photocatalyst which can exhibit an excellent photocatalytic activity even in an environment of weak ultraviolet intensity in comparison with conventional visible light-response type photocatalysts, a photocatalyst carrier formed by carrying the photocatalyst, and a photocatalyst kit used for preparing the photocatalyst.

SOLUTION: The photocatalyst includes a first catalyst which does not exhibit the photocatalytic activity by visible light irradiation but exhibits photocatalytic activity by ultraviolet irradiation, and a second catalyst which shows the photocatalytic activity at least by the ultraviolet irradiation. The content of the second catalyst is 1/3 times or more and less than 9 times that of the first catalyst.
