PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a label sheet surely preventing counterfeit and an authentication determination system for the label sheet.

SOLUTION: The authentication determination system for the label sheet 60 is provided with: a first image information acquiring apparatus 40 for acquiring electronic first image information by radiating light with a different wavelength from visible light on a label sheet 60 provided with sticking labels 60A containing fluorescent fibers 62A which can be made visible by radiation of light with the different wavelength from the visible light; a hard disk apparatus 12 for storing beforehand reference image information in a region corresponding to the sticking labels 60A in the first image information that is acquired by the first image information acquiring apparatus 40; a second image information acquiring apparatus 140 for acquiring electronic second image information by radiating light with a different wavelength from the visible light on the sticking labels 60A whose authentication is to be determined; and a CPU 111 for comparing the second image information with the reference image information that is recorded to a hard disk apparatus 12 and determining whether or not the two match.
