<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a further reduction in size of a power conversion apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: The power conversion apparatus includes a power module supplying an AC power to a motor, an electronic circuit board arranged above the power module and driving the power module, and a housing body accommodating the power module and the electronic circuit board. The power module further includes a first projecting part projected to the electronic circuit board side to be fitted into the groove or hole formed on the electronic circuit board, and a second projecting part projected to the housing body side to be fitted into the groove or hole formed on the housing body.
