<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an uninterruptible power supply system that performs software termination when a plurality of power supply units are connected in parallel and hardware termination is required. <P>SOLUTION: The uninterruptible power supply system includes the plurality of uninterruptible power supply units 2A-2C connected in parallel and provided with interface parts 7A-7C for signal exchange, and a common unit controller 3 for controlling each uninterruptible power supply unit via the interface part. The unit controller 3 has a termination request control part 22 for detecting the terminal interface part 7C to make a termination request.
