摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for easily detecting even a nucleic acid molecule having a low molecular weight and difficult to detect by conventional means. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The detection method enables the easy determination of even a low-molecular weight nucleic acid molecule by adopting a method to hybridize an oligonucleotide probe to the target nucleic acid and bonding with gold magnetic fine particles. The method comprises the step to add and mix a probe comprising an oligonucleotide modified with a thiol and labeled with a detectable marker and specifically binding with the target nucleic acid to the test sample solution, the step to add the gold magnetic finer particles to the obtained mixed liquid and bond the probe and the gold magnetic fine particles, the step to recover the gold magnetic fine particle, and the step to measure signal derived from the marker.
