PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a parallel execution environment wherein overhead is reduced and the execution time is easily predicted on the multi-core processor of a general purpose CPU base. SOLUTION: A plurality of processor cores of the multi-core processor 10 are divided into the processor cores of a first group for operating an operating system 20 and operating a first application program 21 on the operating system and the processor cores of a second group for operating a second application program 31 by a request from the first application without operating the operating system, and a control means is included for performing control for executing the second application program or receiving the processing result of the second application program by the first application program by performing communication between the processor cores of the first group and the processor cores of the second group.
