PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiator shroud structure of a motorcycle, that excels in strength, rigidity, design property, and the like, and has an extreme advantage in cost, and the like. SOLUTION: This radiator shroud structure includes a shroud body 11, and a cover 12 being a separate body. The shroud body includes: a rear half 13 covering a radiator and near the rear side thereof from both right and left sides; a baffle plate 15, recessing inward in the vehicle width direction from the rear half 13, and extending frontward with approximately the same length in the vehicle width direction as the outside edge of a radiator core; and a front half 14 having a connecting wall 16 connecting the baffle plate 15 and the rear half 13 bending in the vehicle width direction.
