PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic light-emitting display device that improves viewability and image quality. SOLUTION: The organic light-emitting display device includes a substrate member, a pixel electrode formed on the substrate member, an organic light-emitting layer formed on the pixel electrode, a common electrode formed on the organic light-emitting layer, and a light scattering layer crystallized by forming on the common electrode.
