PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antistatic pressure-sensitive adhesive composition exerting good antistatic properties, initial conformability, and pressure-sensitive adhesion small in change with the lapse of time. SOLUTION: The antistatic pressure-sensitive adhesive composition includes a (meth)acrylic polymer (A) comprising the (a1) to (a3), an imidazolium-based ionic compound (B) with 30-150°C melting point, an imidazole-based tertiary amine compound (C), and an isocyanate-based crosslinking agent (D), wherein the gel fraction after crosslinking is ≥70 wt.%. (a1) is 100 pts.wt. of (meth)acrylic alkyl ester monomer represented by general formula (1): H<SB>2</SB>C=C(-R<SB>1</SB>)-COOR<SB>2</SB>[wherein, R<SB>1</SB>represents H or methyl; R<SB>2</SB>represents a (substituted) 4-8C alkyl].
