摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a method for manufacturing an integral type inexpensive and high-performance Roberval mechanism. SOLUTION: An upper subsidiary lever 2, a lower subsidiary lever 3 counterposed to the upper subsidiary lever 2, a floating frame 4 for receiving the load of an object to be weighed, a fixed part 5 facing this floating frame 4, and a space 6 surrounded by these upper and lower subsidiary levers 2 and 3, the floating frame 4, and the fixed part 5, are formed; a beamlike portion 7 which extends from the fixed part 5 toward the floating frame 4 in the space 6, is formed; and a first jointing portion 8A and a second jointing portion 8B are formed between this beamlike portion 7 and the upper subsidiary lever 2, and between the beamlike portion 7 and the lower subsidiary lever 3 respectively; to form an intermediate product of this integral type Roberval mechanism. The integral-type Roberval mechanism being a final product is formed by executing a first process for forming the intermediate product 1A, removing the first and second jointing portions 8A and 8B from the intermediate product 1A, and forming small wall-thickness portions in the upper and lower subsidiary levers.
