PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a U-link device free from the anxiety of losing the U-link, even when removing the U-link from a body to be attached, to prevent the U-link from being drawn out together with a measuring plug when removing the plug, and to make the U-link and the measuring plug hardly come off. SOLUTION: A U-link locking means is provided to lock movably the U-link 4 along insertion and extraction directions of own insertion terminals 7, 8, in a holding piece 20 or the body 5 to be attached, fixed onto a substrate 2 provided with the body 5 to be attached for attaching the U-link 4, and to hold the U-link rotatably under the condition in which the insertion terminals 7, 8 are extracted from insertion ports 17, 18. The means is constituted by providing a guide groove 21 for locking movably a locking pin 22 attached to the U-link 4, in the holding piece 20 or the body 5 to be attached. A insertion and extraction direction of the measuring plug 10a into/from a measuring insertion port 11 of the U-link 4 is different from the insertion and extraction directions of the insertion terminals 7, 8 into/from the insertion ports 17, 18 of the body 5 to be attached, and the insertion port and the measuring insertion port are opened diagonal-upwards.
