PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that only an anchor plate is used for a pull-out resisting function of an anchor for a fill reinforcing mud wall. SOLUTION: This anchor 1 for the fill reinforcing mud wall includes: a rod-like reinforcing material 2 for fixing a front end to wall surface panels 20, 20a...; the flange-shaped anchor plate 3 which is fixed to the rod-like reinforcing material 2; and a slip inhibiting plate 4 which is provided in parallel with the rod-like reinforcing material 2 in the intermediate portion of the flange-shaped reinforcing material 2, and which has outward protruding portions 5 and 5a from both side portions of the rod-like reinforcing material 2 provided in both the side portions. The anchor 1 is buried in a fill section 22 by positioning the slip inhibiting plate 4 below the rod-like reinforcing material 2; and a front end of the anchor 1 is fixed to the center of each of the wall surface panels 20, 20a... which are arranged in vertical and horizontal directions. Thus, the frictional resistance force of the slip inhibiting plate 4 is added to the bearing resistance force of the anchor plate 3, so as to enhance the pull-out resisting function of the anchor 1.
