PURPOSE: A room temperature control device with a hot-water stop function and a boiler control method using the same are provided to prevent the waste of fuel and electrical energy due to the unnecessary use of hot water by enabling a consumer to select a hot water stop function. CONSTITUTION: A room temperature control device(100) for controlling a boiler comprises a manipulation unit(130), a display unit(120), and a room temperature controller(110). The manipulation unit inputs hot water stop control signals into a boiler controller. The manipulation unit comprises hot water stop button(131). The display unit displays the state of the boiler according to the various functions and the hot water stop control signals. The room temperature controller processes hot water stop control signals and transmits the hot water stop control signals to the boiler controller to control the boiler.
