PURPOSE: A composition for low-carbon molded products and a molded product manufacturing method are provided to enable a molded product to be used in a microwave oven due to high heat resistance and high durability. CONSTITUTION: A molded product manufacturing method comprises following steps. Inorganic substance 30~60wt.%, melamine resin 30~90wt.%, fiber 10~30wt.%, functional inorganic material 1~5wt.% are stirred to manufacture composition The molding material is preheated in a preheater at 100~120 degree during 20~80 seconds and is compressed in the preheated mold at 130~180 degree at 80~450kg/cm^2 for 40~80 seconds.
