PURPOSE: A GPS log management system and a method thereof are provided to prevent arbitrary editing behaviors for the GPS log data. CONSTITUTION: A GPS log generator(110) is loaded in a digital device which includes a GPS receiving chip. The generator analyzes GPS data which is received from the chip and save encrypted GPS log data. The GPS log generator is composed of an ID extractor and an encryption unit. The ID extractor extracts the identification number of the digital device. The encryption unit encrypts the analyzed GPS data by using the identification number and the encryption key. |
