PURPOSE: A walled garden service system and a method thereof, and a public wireless LAN service network system using the same are provided to use a wireless internet for free in a WGS(Walled Garden Site), thereby obtaining necessary information or processing a work. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of wireless LAN access points(120) has wireless communication with WLAN devices(110). A switch(130) exchanges traffic between a gateway(140) and wireless LAN access points. A policy server(160) determines limit of a wireless internet access of an authenticated user according to parameters preset in a WGSS(Walled Garden Service System)(100). A controller(170) controls the switch for disconnection or connection of a wireless internet service of a user.
