THE PREPARATION OF DISPERSIVE AGENT FOR CONCRETE DISPERSION

PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a concrete dispersing agent is provided to use aqueous aromatic type waste for manufacturing the concrete dispersing agent, and to remove the cause of offensive odor, through the ozone preprocessing and the esterification. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a concrete dispersing agent comprises the following steps: preparing a reactant including waste generated from a manufacturing process of an aromatic compound; ozone processing the reactant to apply a carboxy group, and a functional group of-OH; removing a volatile un-reacted monomer; inserting alcohol for the esterification; neutralizing the mixture by inserting an alkali water solution; and oxidizing an odor causing material generated from a low molecular reaction product.
