PURPOSE: An ignition coil of an engine, capable of easy assembly by inserting a second spool at the top of a first spool, is provided to prevent the relative rotation of the first spool and the second spool. CONSTITUTION: An ignition coil of an engine comprises an input terminal part(30), a first spool, a primary coil, a second spool, a secondary coil, and a cylindrical support protrusion(213). Power is input in the input terminal part. The first spool is detachably combined with the input terminal part. The first spool has hollow from the upper end connected to the external power supply to the bottom combined with the ignition spark. The primary coil is wound in the outer circumference of the first spool. The second spool is combined with the hollow. The secondary coil is wound in the outer circumference of the second spool. The support protrusion is projected in the top of the first spool to the upward.
