PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly vary the gradation of a lamp with simple constitution. SOLUTION: The device includes a data storage part 104 storing a lamp table 111 set with brightness in lighting-control to the lamp 108 and the sensed luminosity showing actual brightness corresponding to the brightness in association with each other. A control part 102 controls to vary the brightness to vary the sensed luminosity by a fixed quantity using the lamp table 111 when lighting control to vary the brightness of the lamp 108 between prescribed stages over a prescribed variation time is demanded.
