PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical examination system capable of performing a wide diagnosis by measuring three-dimensional movement information of a specific portion of a body, having a simple constitution and produced at a low cost. SOLUTION: The medical examination system with a three-dimensional accelerometer includes: a three-dimensional acceleration sensor chip to be attached to the specific portion of the body; means for calculating changes in three-dimensional velocity and position by integrating a detected value of the three-dimensional acceleration sensor for every three-dimensional component; a storage section for storing comparison data corresponding to the specific portion of the body; and a means for displaying a result contrasting the calculated change information of the three-dimensional velocity or position with the comparison data.
