<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To early and accurately determine a fuel property, by promoting homogenization of the fuel property in a fuel tank and a fuel supply passage. Ž<P>SOLUTION: It is detected whether oil is fed or not (Step S001), and a turbine arranged in an oil feeding pipe is rotated by using kinetic energy of fuel flowing in the oil feeding pipe when feeding the oil, and thus, the fuel in a fuel tank is agitated by driving an agitator 25 connected to the turbine, and a fuel pump is driven in response to a detection result of oil feeding, and the fuel is circulated in the fuel supply passage for connecting the fuel tank and a fuel injection valve (Step S003). Thus, the homogenization of the fuel property in the fuel tank and the fuel supply passage can be promoted. Thus, after homogenizing, the fuel property is determined (Step S004).
