The system (10) has a damping region (18) for damping impact sound and arranged between a full floating screed layer (14) and a raw ceiling (12). The damping region has flow layers (29, 31) including flow resistance in a direction with a directional component that is parallel to the screed layer in a central part. The flow resistance is less than 5 kilopascal second per square meter. The flow layers have thickness in the range of 5 to 10 mm and material-free regions that are connected with each other.
