摘要 <p>The coating process comprises providing glass plates with an object side by cleaning the glass plate and applying an optically effective inorganic layer system, flame-pyrolytically coating silicon oxide (SiO x) on the object side of the glass plate for producing SiO x-containing roughness layer by combustion of silanes or organo-silicon compounds, applying an organic adhesive layer (3) on the roughness layer and applying cDNA-arrays on the organic adhesive layer of the glass plate for receiving cDNA-micro array-sample carrier. The coating process comprises providing glass plates with an object side by cleaning the glass plate and applying an optically effective inorganic layer system, flame-pyrolytically coating silicon oxide (SiO x) on the object side of the glass plate for producing SiO x-containing roughness layer by combustion of silanes or organo-silicon compounds, applying an organic adhesive layer (3) on the roughness layer and applying cDNA-arrays on the organic adhesive layer of the glass plate for receiving cDNA-micro array-sample carrier, or providing a gas-tightly lockable plastic box, flame-pyrolytically coating silicon oxide on the interior side of the plastic box for producing a barrier layer of silicon oxide and gas-tightly storing cDNA- or protein micro array of sample carrier in the plastic box equipped with a barrier layer. The roughness layer has an average layer thickness of 10-50 nm and consists of drop-shaped particles. The roughness layer is annealed at high temperature after the flame-pyrolytic coating. The annealing temperature is 400-600[deg] C and the annealing time is 10-120 minutes. The roughness layer is cleaned before applying the organic layer. The roughness layer protects an inorganic interference layer present during cleaning. The surface coated with the roughness layer and functionalized with organic layer is coated with cDNA or suitable proteins. The surface coated with cDNA or protein is hybridized or is exposed to protein reactions. The coating thickness of the interior side of the plastic box at the thickest place is 20-100 nm and at the side wall is 5-40 nm. The coated surface has a roughness of 10-200 nm. An independent claim is included for a plastic box.</p>
