PURPOSE: A portable pillow and a method of using the same are provided to enable a user to use a pillow corresponding to the body shape at home in normal times and to conveniently use the pillow on the business trip. CONSTITUTION: A portable pillow includes: a hoop(40) which supports the head and cervical vertebrae; a injection molding substance(10) which is integrally formed with a fixation pin; a cushion member(20) which alleviates the impact to the head and cervical vertebrae and is mounted on the top of the injection molding substance; a pillow body(50) which gives a user comfortable tactility when the pillow body meets the user's skin and is installed at the upper part of the cushion member; a height adjusting ring(60) which is used to adjust the height of the pillow; and a support floor(70) which supports the pillow body. |
