PURPOSE: An integrated bio-chip and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to reflect fluorescence to a sample detection unit by a window and to improve light use efficiency. CONSTITUTION: An integrated bio-chip comprises: a sample detection unit(200) having a light receiving device for detecting fluorescence; a light transfer unit(100) which is prepared on the upper side of the sample detection unit and transfers fluorescence to the sample detection unit; a sample reaction unit(140) comprising a reaction regions; and a window having a fluorescence reflection film which reflects fluorescence emitted from the sample.
