PURPOSE: An air-conditioner is provided to improve thermal transfer efficiency because intake air uniformly passes through the front side of a cooling coil and a heating coil. CONSTITUTION: An air-conditioner(100) comprises an outer case(110), a first ventilation fan(150), a second ventilation fan(160), and a first guide. The outer case comprises an air inlet, an air outlet, an external air inlet, and an air supply hole. The air inlet, the air outlet, the external air inlet, and air supply hole are placed along the upper side of the outer case. The first ventilation fan is placed between the air inlet and the air outlet to discharge a part of or the entire air through the air outlet. The second ventilation is placed between the external air inlet and the air supply hole to supply mixed air to an air-conditioning space. The first guide guides air, flowing in from the upper part of the outer case to the lower part through the air inlet, to the first ventilation fan. The first guide is placed in the part corresponding to the lower part of the air inlet.
